Wow! I cannot believe it has been a year since I started blogging. Blogging for me started as a mere thought a few years ago after being active reader of a blog of my sorority sister Courtney L. Teague. I bought her book Just Blog It Already, and I signed up for her Blogger University 101 class because I wanted to learn more about an industry that was so intriguing to me. I knew I had a passion for pageantry, and I had a voice that would help girls and women in the industry. After procrastinating for months, I made my first post on July 12, 2015. I must say I was nervous because I didn’t know if I would be successful in this industry, but I have experienced the following accomplishments due to my blogging:
February 2016-Featured in the Pageant Planet’s article “Top 4 Natural Hairstyles for Pageants” and launched a YouTube Channel
April 2016-Featured as a guest blogger at GirlTyler.com and featured as a “Woman of Wisdom” at helpingeachotherrise.wordpress.com.
May 2016-Featured on Crown Talk with Byrgundy Blog Talk Radio Show and received credentials to blog for the Huffington Post
June 2016-Published my first paid sponsored post with Groupon Coupons
So what can you expect from KrystleBell.com in the future? Well, you will continue to see more “Krystle Clear” information on all things pageant related. You will see more Royal Spotlights, Pageant Girls Run, and Krystle Clear Product Reviews. I am launching a new series this year entitled “Pageant Girls Travel” which details my adventures on the road. When I am not competing or coaching I travel, and I want to share my experiences with my readers. So stay tuned…..
I am excited for the blessings God has bestowed upon me, and I cannot wait for this next season.
