Miss Grand United States Paola Cossyleon
This year I plan on featuring pageant systems that are doing great work in the industry but may not necessarily get the recognition they deserve. This month’s pageant feature is Miss Grand United States.
The current Miss Grand United States is Paola Cossyleon. The 2019 pageant will take place in Chicago, Illinois on August 5-11, 2019.
Miss Grand United States is a preliminary to Miss Grand International. Miss Grand International is now one of the major international pageants in the world. Miss Grand International will be held in October 2019. Two state pageants that have already named queens to compete in the national pageant are Miss Grand Tennessee and Miss Grand Mississippi.
Miss Grand Tennessee 2018 is Byrgundy Mallory, and Miss Grand Tennessee 2019 will be named in April. Latora Bemley was recently named Miss Grand Mississippi 2019.
Miss Grand Mississippi and Miss Grand Tennessee will host state pageants in early 2020. During the state pageant, the contestants will participate in categories such as, interview, evening gown, swimsuit competition, and on-stage question.
